This is what I found today.
I payed $1 for all of it. The big orange one is a Garnet rough and the others are Ruby roughs.
They were mined in North Carolina at the dig your own gemstone mines.
I do not have any of the tools to cut or polish them but there is one I do not care for as much and I'm going to try using sand paper on it.
